Smart cities (PPP’s)
Hummano is an investment company that develops Public-Private Partnerships. Hummano arises from the synergy of leading organizations that work with technological, economic, cultural and environmental innovations, improving the way PPP, concessions and smart cities are structured.
The plan is to lead the way in transforming municipalities across Brazil and later globally. We undertake feasibility studies to structure tenders that align with the needs of each municipality. Given the limited pool of qualified suppliers, we are consistently positioned to secure the procurement contract.
Climate Intelligence Center
A joint venture developed with Unicamp, one of the leading universities in Brazil and Latin America. The CIC performs feasibility studies for smart cities, with a strategic focus on small and medium-sized urban centers. The core objective lies in implementing our smart city model across multiple locations.
Additionally, the CIC functions as the platform to connect leading enterprises with research, patenting technologies and developing new products.
Net-zero, and serviced real estate
Through our expertise in the smart city space, we are developing a net-zero concept for residences. Each project will integrate our technology package and luxury amenities to pave the way for developing real estate with a green vision.
We are implementing the pioneering model, a showcase to translate this blueprint into a global portfolio of developments and collaborative ventures.
The Amazon
Part of our investments are centred around preservation and advancement. In the Amazon our focus is fostering economies in a sustainable manner, by empowering the local population to preserve the environment.
This project is a proof of concept for advancing capabilities in the region, rendering it of significance for broader strategic initiatives. Our main focus is on improving local and long-distance logistics, implementing energy solutions, and telecom autonomy within the Amazon region.
